Your competitors are already automating. Here's the data.

Retail and ecommerce teams using AI for customer service are resolving 40-60% more tickets without more staff, cutting cost-per-ticket by 30%+, and handling seasonal spikes 3x faster.

But here's what separates winners from everyone else: they started with the data, not the hype.

Gladly handles the predictable volume, FAQs, routing, returns, order status, while your team focuses on customers who need a human touch. The result? Better experiences. Lower costs. Real competitive advantage. Ready to see what's possible for your business?

At CES 2026 in Las Vegas, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. unveiled its ambitious vision titled “Your Companion to AI Living,” showcasing how artificial intelligence is becoming the core philosophy driving the company’s innovation. Presented during The First Look event at the Wynn Las Vegas, Samsung emphasized that AI is no longer just a feature but a foundation connecting its research and development, product design, operations, and overall user experience.

Opening the event, TM Roh, CEO and Head of Samsung’s Device eXperience (DX) Division, highlighted how Samsung’s vast, AI-enabled and interconnected ecosystem positions the company uniquely to deliver a true AI companion experience. According to Roh, Samsung’s approach goes beyond basic automation, aiming instead to create technology that enhances daily life by delivering more meaningful and personalized moments.

“Samsung is building a more unified and more personal experience across mobile, visual display, home appliances, and services,” Roh said. “By embedding AI across categories, we are leading the way toward more meaningful everyday AI experiences.”

AI as an Entertainment Companion

Samsung’s vision of AI living was first demonstrated through its next-generation entertainment technologies. SW Yong, President and Head of the Visual Display Business, explained how Samsung’s displays combine advanced hardware with visual intelligence to redefine home entertainment.

At the center of the display lineup is the groundbreaking 130-inch Micro RGB TV, which marks a major leap in both scale and picture quality. Powered by microscopic red, green, and blue diodes that operate independently, the Micro RGB delivers the widest and most detailed color spectrum ever seen in a Samsung television. Its elegant Timeless Frame design ensures the visuals remain the focal point, while the Micro RGB AI Engine Pro precisely controls color accuracy for vivid and natural imagery.

Enhancing this experience further is Samsung’s Vision AI Companion (VAC), which transforms the TV into a full entertainment partner. VAC helps users decide what to watch, what music to play, and even what meals to prepare, extending the TV’s role far beyond passive viewing. Through simple voice commands, users can interact conversationally with their TVs, which respond contextually across Samsung’s entire 2026 TV lineup, including Micro LED, OLED, Neo QLED, and UHD models.

Samsung also introduced AI-powered personalization modes such as AI Soccer Mode Pro, which optimizes picture and sound to stadium-level quality, and AI Sound Controller Pro, allowing viewers to adjust commentary, crowd noise, or background music independently.

A Fully Connected Lifestyle Ecosystem

Samsung’s AI vision extends seamlessly into everyday lifestyle experiences. VAC can identify meals shown on screen and suggest recipes aligned with users’ health goals, sending recommendations directly to other connected devices such as kitchen appliances or Samsung’s newly unveiled The Movingstyle, a portable smart display designed to move effortlessly around the home.

In audio innovation, Samsung expanded its ecosystem with two new WiFi speakers, Music Studio 5 and Music Studio 7, designed by renowned designer Erwan Bouroullec. These speakers enhance both audiovisual performance and home aesthetics while supporting flexible sound system configurations.

Samsung also unveiled an ultra-thin OLED S99H TV with gallery-style elegance and introduced The Freestyle+, a portable projector powered by VAC that can project content on walls, ceilings, and even uneven surfaces.

The 2026 TV lineup supports HDR10+ ADVANCED, offering enhanced brightness, intelligent tone mapping, improved motion smoothing, and a superior gaming experience. Samsung also debuted Eclipsa Audio, a new spatial sound system integrated across all 2026 TVs. At the core of these innovations lies the most powerful version of Tizen OS, with Samsung committing to seven years of software upgrades.

Smart Homes That Act as Companions

Samsung’s Home Companion vision focuses on reducing everyday stress through intelligent appliances. Cheolgi Kim, Executive Vice President of the Digital Appliances Division, announced that SmartThings now serves over 430 million users globally, highlighting Samsung’s unmatched ecosystem scale.

New features such as FoodNote provide weekly summaries of food consumption, ingredient usage, and restocking needs, while Now Brief and Voice ID personalize information for each family member via the Family Hub screen.

In home care, Samsung introduced upgraded solutions like the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo, which eliminates the need to transfer laundry between machines, and the Bespoke AI AirDresser, which uses air and steam to remove wrinkles automatically.

The Bespoke AI Jet Bot Steam Ultra, powered by Qualcomm’s Dragonwing processor, recognizes liquid spills, monitors homes via its camera, and even acts as a pet-monitoring device. With enhanced Bixby integration, users can interact naturally with the robot vacuum.

Proactive Care Through AI

Concluding the presentation, Praveen Raja, Vice President of Digital Health at Samsung Research America, outlined Samsung’s long-term vision for proactive healthcare. By integrating AI across phones, appliances, and wearables, Samsung aims to detect health risks early and provide personalized coaching for fitness, sleep, and nutrition.

The system can alert users to abnormal health patterns, share data securely with healthcare providers, and support virtual consultations via the Xealth platform. Samsung is also expanding research into early dementia detection, reinforcing its commitment to preventative health.

Underlying this ecosystem is Samsung Knox and Knox Matrix, ensuring robust data security as AI continues to evolve. With continuous risk analysis and advanced model validation, Samsung aims to protect user data at every stage.
